The initial goal of this project was to create a social enterprise where purchases would provide resources to offer donations to organizations helping individuals in need. As part of this initiative, social features were also included linked to the organization and management of events for PR purposes.
The website was created using Drupal CMS in order to allow for customization with social networking tools, such as friend relationships, messaging, personal profiles and uploading of content such as images and status updates on a social feed.
Other sections/features of the website include a blog, photo shoot portfolio, groups pages, webshop, event booking system and member directory.
